Jennifer Litteral

As Policy Director, Jennifer brings extensive experience in community governance and policy development, having worked on several campaigns at the state and federal level - from working-waterfront access and taxation to ferry service and, most recently, federal fisheries management and permit-banking. She is accomplished in mediating, convening and campaigning, and has extensive experience and associations within the legislative process. Her projects will continue to address critical policies that impact coastal and island communities while supporting emerging leadership in those communities to take strategic and political positions.
