BASELINE
In 2020, 240 stream crossings (18 large culverts; 150 cross culverts; 71 bridges) in the coastal communities scoring low
(critical condition for culverts and poor or less for bridges on one of three categories).
GOAL
Improve 10% of these crossings by 2030
