Taylor Rossini (Swan’s Island Fellow, Swan’s Island Educational Society): Taylor joins Swan’s Island Educational Society as the board launches a redesign plan for the island’s library. They envision the library transitioning into a community hub that will still provide library services and with greater community offerings. A key new offering will be digital literacy training with the hope of being able to provide on-island businesses, including lobstermen, with technology training and support as federal fishing rules and regulations change. Taylor joins Island Institute from Delaware where she completed her master’s degree.
